“Rich Paul” Rule Is NOT Racist

The new NCAA regulations regarding qualifications for agents representing potential NBA players has been labeled racist by many. Doug Gottlieb explains why, not only is it not racist, it’s actually the opposite of racist. The rule is designed to protect the players from unscrupulous agents which can only be good for potential draft picks; the majority of which are African American.
