UAlbany rose through the rankings last year to find themselves inside the top 25 of the FCS rankings after going 9-5 including 6-2 in the CAA. Last year behind CAA's Rookie of the Year, quarterback Jeff Undercuffler, UAlbany hosted their first ever FCS playoff game and won convincingly versus Central Connecticut 42-14. Undercuffler tossed a program record six touchdowns as UAlbany secured their first ever FCS playoff win in program history. For those looking for back to back magical season, we may have to hold off a year. Reports are CAA is expected to make an official announcement Friday July 17th on whether there will be a 2020 season. Check out the tweets that came rolling in Thursday night.
