With the Bills up 13-0 at the half, they came out in the third quarter ready to kick the ball off. The Texans returner made a motion before he caught the ball in the back of the end zone but did not kneel the ball down, instead he tossed it towards the ref resulting in a live ball scooped up by the Bills in what appeared to be a Bills touchdown.
